A one-off knitted sample from A Stitch in Time Volume 2 knitted with Susan Crawford Excelana 4 ply luxury wool (discontinued) in the shade Ruby Red. This beautiful cabled garment is in reality a cardigan, with button fastening the length of the centre front. Its elegant style however, ensures it is wearable both as a cardigan abut also, indeed, as a jumper. The beautiful final touch are 7 authentic vintage buttons.

The sample was knitted to fit 34-36 inch (86-91 cm) chest and has a finished chest dimension of 36 and a three quarters inch (92cm) and a length to underarm of 13 and a quarter inch (33 cm).
