Each pattern and ready-to-wear piece includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own that fits well and comparing those dimensions to our guide for the most accurate fit.
Where are your yarns and patterns produced?
We take pride in our heritage quality. Our yarns are sourced and spun in traditional British mills, and all patterns are meticulously researched and designed by Susan Crawford in our studio.
What is your return policy for physical products?
We accept returns on physical items like yarn and clothing within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that digital PDF patterns are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our vintage-inspired goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How should I care for my hand-knitted vintage garments?
To preserve the life of your woolens, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Always dry flat and away from direct heat or sunlight to maintain the garment's shape.
