At Susan Crawford Vintage, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all vintage-style packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully wrap the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our studio address provided in the authorization email; please retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
