A one-off knitted sample from A Stitch in Time Volume 1 knitted using 100% silk from Habu Textiles in a beige shade from a vintage 1930s pattern. The sweater features a cabled pattern to the lower body and sleeves paired with an unusual textured patter to the centre front and front and back yokes. The sweater has long elegant sleeves, a simple shape and comfortable round neck.

The sample was knitted to fit 34-36 inch (86-91cm) chest and has a finished dimension of 37 inch (94.5cm) bust and a length to underarm of 12 inch (30.5cm). The softly blouson shape and stretch in the fabric means this can be worn by a wider range of sizes than originally specified in the pattern.
